Student arrested for gun threat in Shelton
On Nov 1. the Shelton Police received a complaint from a parent of a Shelton High School student. A student who knew about the incident notified administrators this morning, Tingley said.

Ackerson said it is an ongoing investigation and the sheriff’s office is working with the state’s attorney to determine charges.

The parent told police that she believed the message was posted by a high school student. On Monday, the student was arrested and charged with breach of peace and released on a promise to appear in Bridgeport Juvenile Court later this month.
