Actually, school management had accused on 3 thirteen year old kids that they tried to sell the banned drink in campus.
The school management suspended them for 2 days initially but reduced it to written warnings after being challenged by a mum.
Mother claims that her son had never tried to sell that fizzy drink, he just carried to school with him.

She also said that the management had no proof that her son had done this.
