Sunny skies, temperatures in upper 60s Thursday in central Oklahoma

To give us proper perspective, the weather service notes that overnight lows this weekend should be warmer than the average normal high temperature for December.

Tuesday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 32. South wind 6 to 13 miles per hour becoming north in the afternoon.

Saturday we may see a bit of rain, but temps will make it close to 60 with cloudy skies.

Increasing cloudiness this afternoon with a 30 km/h southwest wind gusting to 50 km/h. South wind around 5 miles per hour.

Thursday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 42. Northeast wind 9 to 11 miles per hour.

Sunday will turn mostly cloudy while the high will be about 45 degrees.

Saturday Night Showers and thunderstorms before midnight, then rain likely after midnight. Mostly cloudy with a low around 36.

Saturday, there’s a chance of showers with a high near 61 and a low around 50.

Tonight: Mainly cloudy. 60 percent chance of showers this evening. Mostly cloudy with a high near 52.

Sunday Night: Chance of showers. A chance of showers overnight after 2 a.m. Mostly cloudy with a low around 56.

Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 67. Chance of precipitation is 30%. Little or no snow accumulation expected. Chance of precipitation is 20%. The unseasonably warm weather is expected through Saturday before a cold front brings us a pretty good shot of rain late Saturday and part of the day Sunday.
