Sunshine, cool temperatures next several days

A cold front will move through today bringing in more seasonal temperatures and a chance for showers and storms.

Skies should remain mostly cloudy tonight, with a low of 56 and a 10 miles per hour west northwest wind.

WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny skies continue, with a mild afternoon high temperature of 77 degrees. Highs from the mid to upper 70s at the beaches to the mid 80s to lower 90s inland. A mostly clear night and a low of 54 degree will follow. Sunday will also be mostly sunny with a high near 79.

A tropical update on Hurricane Danny: Hurricane Danny has weakened to a Category 1 Hurricane, with winds up to 75 miles per hour, and has a minimum pressure of 991 mb.

Mostly sunny skies will return on Tuesday, with a high near 77.

Wednesday: A 40 percent chance of showers. Overnight lows will hold in the middle 60s.

Right now, we believe Saturday and Sunday will be dry and warm with daytime highs in the middle 80s.
