Linked with numerous attacking talents as of late, including Barcelona forward Pedro and Tottenham’s striking sensation Harry Kane, it would seem Manchester United have established that it is paramount that they reinforce their attacking line for what is likely to be a demanding 2015/16 campaign following the potential return of Champions League football.
Manchester United could be in with a chance of signing Real Madrid goalkeeper Keylor Navas as part of the deal for David de Gea.
“Jorge Mendes, the agent of De Gea, has told him not to worry and the money will come from Real Madrid, but he has to understand that Manchester United are letting go of a guy who has been their best player for two years now and somebody who would help them with a challenge for the title this year”. Real have publicly courted United’s 24-year-old goalkeeper all summer and their interest appears to have had a destabilising effect on the former Atletico Madrid shot-stopper, as he been left out of both of the club’s games so far this season.
Neville has been impressed with Blind’s performances but feels that Van Gaal may have his eyes on a long-term solution in the market.

Where much of United’s summer has been focused on the potential recruitments of Nicolas Otamendi and Sergio Ramos, perhaps they’ll do just fine without. “He knows what Van Gaal wants”.
