Mountain Dew’s Kickstart is a combination of three great things, like a “puppymonkeybaby”. Mountain Dew Kickstart is “three awesome things combined” – juice, Mountain Dew and caffeine.
The ad features a dancing creature, with the head of a puppy, the body of a monkey and the legs of a baby, providing a group of friends with a liquid pick me up.
The Super Bowl usually does spur some odd commercials. The numbers associated with the off-field action – the commercials – are equally important, especially to the marketers that spend up to $5 million for 30 seconds of air time. Take a look at some of the best reactions on the Internet.
People turned to Google to search for their favorite moments of the game – from going Gaga over the national anthem to an end-zone hand jive. Ads can also be found on YouTube, CBS Sports and Twitter. OICisDifferent.com had a commercial on opioid-induced constipation, while the diarrhea relief medication Xifaxan created a spot with a pink intestine made of clay cheering in a stadium.

Some people actually seemed to like the creature – with one viewer asking: “Where can I adopt a #puppymonkeybaby????”. A third tackled toe fungus.
