‘Supergirl’: Behold Red Tornado
DC Entertainment and CBS have released our first official look at Iddo Goldberg as Dr. T.O. Morrow aka Red Tornado from the upcoming TV series Supergirl which you can check out in the gallery below!

Iddo Goldberg will be playing Red Tornado, an extremely advanced android made by the U.S. Army.
In the pages of DC Comics, Red Tornado has primarily been portrayed as a heroic member of the Justice League since his introduction in 1968.
We do enjoy it very much that the show is bringing onto the small screen a variety of different characters who we haven’t seen too much of outside of the comics; at the end of the day, though, it comes down to presentation. The color scheme is close to that of the original Iron Man suit from the first 2008 movie.
Even with these design changes though, the villain still looks a little hokey, with some resemblance to Oscar Isaac as Apocalypse in the next X-Men sequel, a costume design that has been panned by some fans. He posesses “aerokinetic powers”, which essentially means that he can fly in the air and create tornadoes, typically using the lower half of his body.
Hopefully, he’ll see the error of his ways and become an ally. Years later, at 24, Kara lives in National City assisting media mogul and fierce taskmaster Cat Grant.
