Supermarkets are selling goats cheese which is made up of sheep’s milk

Several supermarkets in Europe are selling goat’s cheese which has been made by using sheep’s milk.

According to the report, the supermarkets are selling goat’s cheese on large scale despite of shortage of goat’s milk in the area. Seeing the situation – a food safety expert from Queen’s University along with which? – launched an investigation in which they had checked the goat’s cheese from several supermarkets.

At last, they concluded that many of sample cheese were having more than 80 percent of sheep’s cheese and some of them were having around 50 percent.

However, they didn’t reveal the name of the markets, who were selling these fake goat cheese.
