Model and actress Stephanie Seymour was arrested over the weekend in CT after police said she backed her SUV into another vehicle while at a stop sign.

Seymour was booked under suspicion of DUI, according to the report.
Seymour refused to perform any field sobriety tests and, according to Troop G’s accident summary, her eyes were blood shot, she was unsteady on her feet and her breath smelled of an alcoholic beverage.
As a result, she was placed under arrest, according to the report.
A 2008 Mercury C300 4 was traveling in the right lane on the exit 5 ramp off I-95 south and stopped behind the 2015 Land Range Rover Stephanie M. Seymour, 47, had stopped at a stop sign, state police said.

Seymour, who has previously sought treatment at a rehab facility, is mom to three kids with billionaire husband Peter Brant as well as a son from a previous relationship. He accused her of submitting “invalid” urine samples in an attempt to prove she was not on drugs or alcohol. Her agency could not immediately be contacted for comment. Seymour is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on February 2.
