Surveillance video shows face-biting suspect before deadly attack
The 19-year-old allegedly beat 53-year-old Michelle Mischon to death outside her home in Jupiter, Florida before killing her husband, 59-year-old John Stevens II, and trying to eat his face while allegedly high on bath salts or “flakka”.

Snyder said tests for substances in Harrouff’s system may help explain why the student with no history of criminal behavior became extraordinarily violent. Evidence shows Harrouff randomly attacked Stevens and Mishcon while they were sitting in their open garage. He’s pictured walking through the restaurant wearing white shorts, a blue shirt and a red hat.
It could take one to three weeks for results to be available, and the Martin County Sheriff’s Office is seeking to expedite the testing, officials said.
After a horrific attack in Florida, the family of the suspect is offering its condolences.
Harrouff, who was home for the summer from Florida State University, is alleged to have stabbed and attacked the couple after walking out of a restaurant following an argument with his parents. Being healthy is what’s natural, you know, what comes natural to you.
The moment police shot a naked man to death as he chewed the face off another man has been caught on CCTV. He also will face an attempted first-degree murder charge for allegedly stabbing their neighbor, Jeff Fisher.
“There are mental health issues that will have to be investigated here, we don’t know if anything is going to show up on toxicology reports, there’s a lot of unknowns and unanswered questions and things we may never know”, attorney Michelle Suskauer said.
Snyder said a neighbor who tried to stop the stabbing rampage and dialed 9-1-1 was hospitalized but expected to sur-vive after suffering “substantial trauma”. When police arrived, they found the attacker leaning over the body of John Stevens and biting off chunks of his face in the couple’s driveway.
Harrouff has been charged with aggravated battery.
Investigators “know the who, the what, the when, the where and the how” of the attack, but the why remains a mystery, according to Martin County Sheriff William Snyder.
In the end, it took tasers, four police officers and finally a police dog to wrench Harrouff off of John Stevens.
Police are hoping tests for substances in Harrouff’s system help explain his freakish and extremely violent behaviour. “When I told him he was going to have a granddaughter he was just super excited”. He just wants him to “pay for what he did”.
But Martin County Sheriff’s Lt. Michael Dougherty tells the TC Palm (http://bit.ly/2b3AAkH ) neighbor Jeff Fisher came to their aid after hearing the screams of 53-year-old Michelle Mishcon.
When a deputy arrived at the couples’ home, she used her Taser on Harrouff, but it didn’t faze him, Snyder said.

Fisher told deputies that Mishcon and Stevens were still alive when he got there on Monday night, before being forced to flee after he was stabbed. Fisher was released from the hospital on Thursday, his brother-in-law told news outlets.
