Suspect arrested in kidnapping of Illinois woman

The man was arrested without incident Sunday in Holland, Michigan, and he was being held in the Ottawa County Jail in Michigan on local charges, according to a statement from Special Agent Joan Hyde, an Federal Bureau of Investigation spokeswoman. Police say friends of the suspect identified him through the surveillance photos and they obtained mugshots through criminal records in Illinois and Michigan. His last parole check was September 12.
