An ATM surveillance camera there captured images of the man.

The woman was apparently released in the Burns Harbor, Indiana area.

The victim says he sexually assaulted her before strangling her unconscious.

At 2:49 a.m., surveillance video from the truck company show the woman with her legs on fire walking towards Melton Road and then walking east in the direction of Pilot Service Station, 243 Melton Road, the complaint stated.

She walked to a nearby service station where they called 911.

The alleged kidnapper was arrested Sunday in Holland, the Federal Bureau of Investigation said. This footage also depicted Clay wearing a white T-Shirt, semi-transparent nylon face covering, a black watch and gloves, according to the complaint. On September 21, 2015, the FBI’s laboratory in Quantico, Va. preliminarily reported that Clay’s DNA profile was consistent with a DNA sample taken from the victim’s body. That was on file with the Michigan Department of Corrections.

The FBI has a man in custody who was caught in Holland over the weekend in connection with the kidnapping and assault of a 53-year-old Illinois woman.
