Suspects arrested over deadly arson attack on Palestinian family
The Shin Bet security agency said the youths were believed to be affiliated with a Jewish terrorist organisation.

Late in October, Israel handed six Palestinian bodies killed by Israeli fire in the West Bank. In a weird email response to a 13-year-old Israeli girl, former University of Cambridge archaeology academic Marsha Levine said she would not answer the girl’s questions about horses until “there is peace and justice for Palestinians”.
“We have confirmed that a number of suspects have been arrested in connection with the incident that took place in Duma”, Israeli police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld told AFP.
Israel blames the violence on incitement by Palestinian leaders and on social media sites.
Israeli settlers have in recent years carried out various attacks including arson and graffiti on Palestinian property in the occupied West Bank and al-Quds (Jerusalem) under the “price tag” slogan.
The announcement was made following growing worldwide pressures for arrests of suspects of the gruesome murder, which claimed the lives of 18-month-old baby Ali and seriously injured his parents, who died several days after the attack.
“Four months have passed since the arson attack against the Dawabsha family”, he said in a statement.
Mladenov said he was “concerned” by the “slow progress” of the investigation, and called on Israeli authorities “to move swiftly in bringing the perpetrators of this awful crime to justice”.
The Palestinian health ministry also confirmed that the Palestinian shooter was killed. Palestinians often highlight the lack of arrests around the case as among the causes for a wave of violence that began on October 1. The Palestinian assailant was shot and killed at the scene.
