Swift says she co-wrote ex’s latest hit

After Calvin Harris took to Twitter with some hard words for ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift regarding her involvement in his hit track “This Is What You Came For”, potential details about the underlying reason for their breakup have surfaced.

Swift’s representative confirmed yesterday that she had penned Harris’ new tune, telling MailOnline: “Taylor Swift wrote This Is What You Came For under the pseudonym Nils Sjoberg”.

“I wrote the music, produced the song, arranged it and cut the vocals though”.

Harris tweeted that Swift is looking for ‘someone new to try and bury like Katy, ‘ referring to Katy Perry.

Both the past lovers wanted to keep this a secret that Swift had written the song. He further said that he believed Swift was trying to “tear him down” and that she should focus on her new relationship if she was happy in it.

In the latest battle of the exes – between Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris – things have officially gotten messy.

Katy Perry is one celebrity who has reacted to Calvin Harris’ rant about Taylor Swift with alot of enthusiasm.

Across 15 minutes overnight, Harris took to twitter to address the matter and he may have spilled the beans on how their relationship fell apart.

Some fans noticed that the “Stone Cold” singer started following the Scottish DJ on Twitter after he called out his ex-girlfriend in a series of tweets on Wednesday, July 13.

Swift initially heavily promoted “This Is What You Came For” when it was released in April, but after her split from Harris, she reportedly felt disrespected.

The actor’s public declaration of love for Taylor is grabbing headlines just one day after she found herself caught up in a feud with ex Calvin over his new Rihanna hit.

While Perry didn’t directly respond to Harris she did later post a gif of Hillary Clinton shrugging her shoulders, which many thought was in reference to the DJ’s tweet.
