And Eric Rowe filled in for Chris Maragos in the dime package and had an interception as well.
“He should have had two [interceptions]”, cornerback Nolan Carroll said of Rowe.
The Jets certainly tried. “We have DeMarco Murray and Darren Sproles“.
With the ball coming his way, the veteran made the catch at the 11-yard line. “It sucks when things like that happen with a loss”.

3) Sam Bradford is still struggling. Mathews had a fourth-quarter fumble that gave the Jets the ball in Eagles territory. Bradford needs a few Coca-Cola and tin foil.
The offensive line deserves its fair share of the blame as well.

Bradford’s 23-yard touchdown pass to running back Ryan Mathews lengthened the lead to 17-0 before Sproles capped the second quarter outburst by the Eagles by rushing one yard for a touchdown.

Still there were no deep routes, again. Of course, the initial point in signing both was to lessen the load for two aging running backs who have had their share of injuries and their share of carries. Let’s run him to the left! Only one, Jordan Matthews, was a wide receiver. Nelson Agholor hasn’t really done anything. Riley Cooper wasn’t even targeted. One is in Kansas City and another is in Washington. “You have to be efficient and keep moving the chains and stay away from the turnovers”.
To their credit, they fared much better in the second half, but by that time it was too late. Kelly mixed up his running plays and formations, but execution and the Cowboys were the main reasons the Eagles were held to 7 yards.
Meanwhile, DeSean Jackson wasn’t on board. Remember when Foles or Sanchez would throw 300 yards without even playing well and we’d joke that anyone could put up 300 yards? Miles Austin is on board.

Bowles, in his first year as Jets head coach, has a tough test ahead, as the the Jets travel to London to take on the rival Miami Dolphins. And as we go, Ryan is our quarterback. I don’t remember him getting the dropsies this badly in San Diego. He dropped a ball or two, he turned the ball over. This offense can’t afford to leave big gainers on the table.
