Tamar Braxton Leaves ‘Dancing with the Stars’ On account of Health Issues

Early Wednesday, she posted a picture of herself in a hospital bed with partner Val Chmerkovskiy sitting beside her. Judges has to watch and score the dress rehearsal for her first routine.

Her dance instructor, Valentin Chmerkovskiy, who appeared visibly upset sitting by Braxton’s side while sharing news of her potentially unsafe medical condition, said she would have been kicked off the show had she not performed. She said that was really her most proud moment of the entire season; seeing how Nick took care of Tamar till the end and even then he had her sit down on his knee. She was hospitalized for a brief time before coming back to the show and finishing her final competitive dance number.

“What the hell are you thinking?”, asked host Tom Bergeron to the returning contestant. Hough loved how everyone in the performance supported one another, while Tonioli called it “magical” and described it as a “psychedelic dream”. The former child star said the root of her eating disorder stemmed from producers who called her “too fat.” Every team combined their scores from the judges with their team scores from the Showstoppers Team-Up Challenge, which I’ll go into detail more later on.

The PenaVegas were the first married couple to compete against each other on the program. They were already a few rehearsal’s down due to the Grammy nominated singer’s hospitalization with pneumonia. The 17-year-old created magic in the ballroom with her flawless performance and that too while being blindfolded.

Maybe I would feel less strongly about this if it was someone like Alek who was eliminated.

Alexa and Mark and Bindi and Derek tackled the numbers “All That Jazz” and “Honey Pot” from the musical “Chicago” with all the razzle dazzle, attitude and sass it requires.

Carlos PenaVega and Witney Carson: 51 total Round One: 27 What made Carlos’s Argentine tango so impressive was the blind side-by-side choreography.

Now fans are pressing ABC to replace Tamar with Alexa – something that would have happened anyway if Braxton had withdrawn on Monday night.
