Imtiaz Ali’s directorial “Tamasha” starring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone has earned a net Rs.10.87 crore on its opening day in the country. The film is directed by Imtiaz Ali, so the audience knew to expect something different when it came to the storyline after “Rockstar” (2011), “Cocktail” (2012) and “Highway” (2014).

Bollywood movie “Tamasha” has got a decent opening at the Indian box office, but has failed to beat the first day collection record of Ranbir Kapoor’s “Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani” (YJHD) and “Besharam”.
“Tamasha” was long awaited by the audience, reuniting the hit couple Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone on the big screen. People are giving positive response for Tamasha Movie. Tamasha film was released yesterday i.e on 27th November 2015.
While the reviews for the film are mixed, while ranging between average to very good, it was expected as well since this isn’t a conventional love story in the offering. Ranbir and Deepika were seen interacting with the horde of students who had gathered to see their favourite actors. Tamasha 2nd Day collection is around 10 crores.
After a series of flops, Ranbir Kapoor can heave a sigh of relief as “Tamasha” does well on box office on the first day.

First Weekend Collection Of Tamasha Movie will cross the total amount of 25 Crores. Despite rigorous promotions, the film could not match up to the level of previous Ranbir-Deepika starrer films.
