Tamil actor Vivek Kumar’s 13-year-old son dies due to dengue
Popular comedian actor Vivekh’s 14-year-old son died of suspected dengue in a private hospital in Chennai on Thursday.

The film industry was shocked as news of actor Vivek’s son’s death filtered out through social media sites on Thursday afternoon. Vivek’s boy, 13-year old Prasanna Kumar, died on Friday, in the SRM Organizations for Medical-Science, Vadapalani.
The teenager had reportedly been in the hospital for over a month.
Prasanna Kumar was on and off the ventilators when he was hospitalized.
Tamil super star Khushbu Sundar messaged on the popular micro blogging site that Prasanna loved music and was a great keyboard player. The actor has said, ‘Due to the unexpected demise of my son Prasanna Kumar, I am physically and mentally upset.
A completely shattered Vivek had sent a note to media through his PR machinery that requested them to leave him and his family to grieve and to avoid videographing or taking bytes from people who are coming to offer their condolences.
“I really hope you’ll comprehend my feeling”, he explained. “Thank you”, Vivek said in his statement. “May his son’s soul rest in peace”.
