Calvin Harris has responded to reports that he has split with American singer/songwriter Taylor Swift.

A source confirmed the U.S. singer and Scottish producer Harris had split up after 15 months together. “There was no drama”. Swift has had a host of No. 1 hits from last year’s album “1989”, including “Shake It Off”, “Blank Space“, “Style”, “Bad Blood“, featuring Kendrick Lamar, and “Wildest Dreams”.
Reports suggested it was Harris who chose to call it quits with the 26-year-old superstar.
Earlier this year, Swift said, “I’m just taking things as they come”.
Whatever the case, knowing Swift’s reputation for delving into her love life for song material, this latest breakup could prove to be profitable.
Taylor even spoke being put off dating before she met Calvin due to the attention she received. “He started to lose interest over the past few months”, before breaking up with her, the report added.
Calvin Harris – who was briefly hospitalised on May 20 after a vehicle accident – arrived back in LA on Tuesday after a short trip to the UK. “They come from very different worlds”, the source explains.
“She works incredibly hard for things that she believes in”, Calvin’s source said.
Calvin’s management broke the news of the incident to his 13 million Facebook followers before Calvin tweeted fans saying he’s feeling “lucky and very grateful”.
