But recent reports have stated that Swift can not sue West and Kardashian over the recording because Swift knew that other people were listening in. Kardashian first hinted in a recent GQ profile that she has evidence against Swift. Taylor was never made aware of the actual lyric, ‘I made that b@#$% famous’.
Taylor Swift is also asking that the full one-hour phone call be released to prove she was never informed of the “b–h” portion of the song.
