She revealed to her fans what her next single would be to follow up on the previous successes – Shake It Off, Blank Space, Style and Bad Blood will be proceeded by Wildest Dreams. It is also the 25-year old’s first pop album. Swift has been headlining her “1989” world tour in support of the massively successful album, which Nielsen Music says has sold a total of 5.1 million copies in the U.S.

The announcement sent “Wildest Dreams” to the top of the real time Billboard + Twitter Trending 140 chart. It is also 2015’s best seller, so far, with another 1.4 million moved this year. It was the first album to produce five number-ones on the Billboard Hot 100 chart by a female artist. The former three titles even peaked at the chart’s No. 1.
