Taylor Swift snubbed at MTV Video Music Awards nominations!
The Kiwi choreographer had only days to come up with a concept and film Justin Bieber’s video for Sorry, which has received a MTV Video Music Awards for Best Video. Kanye West’s “Famous” video, which features a replica of Swift naked, is nominated for Video of the Year. Desiigner is up for Best Hip-Hop Video (“Panda”) and Best New Artist while Kanye is nominated for Best Male Video and Video of the Year for his polarizing “Famous” visual.

The 2016 VMAs nominations were just announced and, as anticipated, Beyonce leads all other artists with her plentiful Lemonade nominations.
Even though “Wildest Dreams” premiered during the VMA pre-show last year, MTV ignored it this year.
“I’ve got more Lapras than Taylor Swift has got #VMAs2016 nominations”, boasted one.
It has been noticeable to the fans how Taylor Swift’s name was not in any of the lists of nominees.
Taylor Swift has been totally snubbed by MTV, while Kanye West has got a mention for the top award.
While the controversy over Kim releasing the tapes that implied Taylor was far from truthful about her knowledge of the lyrics about her in “Famous” is finally starting to die down a little, it’s bound to be revisited at the VMAs.
US Magazine reported that some people speculated that she may have been snubbed from this year’s nominations because she already took home so many awards back in 2015. Swift’s zero nominations is a surprising turn of events for the 26-year-old singer, who led the pack of honorees at last year’s ceremony with 10 nominations for “Bad Blood.’ She went on to win four of them, including the coveted Video Of The Year for her star-studded song”. She did release two more music videos off her most recent album, though, which would have been eligible for VMA, including “Out of the Woods” in late 2015 and “New Romantics” in 2016.

Anyway, it seems Amber has more shade in store for her new celebrity rival, Taylor.
