While the Scottish DJ has teased his true feelings about his split from Taylor Swift these last few months, the This Is What You Came For artist has finally opened up about his VERY public breakup. Hiddleston attended Swift’s annual star-studded Fourth of July bash at her home in Rhode Island, donning an “I Heart T.S.” top.
Swift and Hiddleston announced their separation this week after three months of dating.
“Taylor felt [Tom] wanted to take the relationship to be too public and she was not happy about it and thought it was too much publicity”, a source told E! “I was protecting what I see as my one talent in the world being belittled”. He even wore a “I Heart TS” t-shirt to prove his love but in the end it was all in vain, because Taylor is not exactly the “long run” kind of a girlfriend.
“It’s very hard when something I consider so personal plays out very publicly”, he told the mag about their high-profile split. “We’ve been through a lot and discovered a lot this year”.
The entire relationship between Taylor and Tom moved at warp speed, filled with tons of public outings where the new couple had no issues displaying their affection for each other publicly.
Sources have claimed that Tom Hiddleston has been overly addicted to the attention that he has been receiving during his relationship with Taylor Swift.
