Bad news for TCU, which is hosting Kansas on Saturday.
The injury comes one week after TCU suffered its first loss of the season to Oklahoma State. That’s what Kansas is for – this is when the offense can take target practice, while the defense should be able to get a little bit of a rest in the second half. He started right, made a tackler miss, then stopped on dime and reversed field, leaving the KU coverage unit in his wake. Tcu Horned Frogs recorded 392.4 passing yards and 223.9 rushing yards while allowed 215.6 passing yards and 173.0 russhing yards with turnover differential of -0.5. Taking over for Boykin in the first quarter, senior Bram Kohlhausen completed 5-of-9 passes for 51 yards.
Junior running back Ke’aun Kinner would set up the first scoring drive with a 43-yard run into Horned Frogs territory.
