While strolling through Rio on Wednesday night, a couple members of the US men’s basketball team “accidentally” found themselves in a brothel, according to TMZ Sports.

“DeAndre Jordan, DeMarcus “Boogie” Cousins, DeMar Derozan and possibly 3 other players went out on the town Wednesday night in Rio and strolled into Termas Monte Carlo”, TMZ said.
But, one of Team USA’s latest trips was nearly a bit too fun while the team was in Brazil for the Rio Olympics. Apparently the athletes thought “they were walking into a spa”, when it ended up being nothing of the sort.
Both the USA rugby and gymnastics teams got a chance to hang out inside the practice facility and take it all in, but it’s safe to assume that those kids peeking in got a little more out of the experience. According to a 2014 report by Rolling Stone on Rio’s burgeoning sex industry, the city’s “Termas” brothels are “ostensibly spas”.
They had been told that the place in question “has a bar, plays music and is only for males” but they got a fright when they realised what was actually happening inside the premises.
Next time they choose to go out, the players will probably look into the places they plan to visit beforehand.

As for what happened inside, the players were only seen hanging at the bar.
