“For the sake of our party and country, we must move to overcome the divisiveness and vulgarity Donald Trump has brought into the political arena”, said Bush, who was knocked out of the 2016 contest last month.

Heidi Cruz spoke out today after front-runner Donald Trump threatened to “spill the beans” on her, saying she’s “not anxious in the least” about what he has to say. “But you mess with my wife, you mess with my kids, that will do it every time”, Cruz said, snapping, “Donald, you’re a sniveling coward, and leave Heidi the hell alone”.

Ted Cruz replied that Melania Trump is “lovely” and that they should stop bickering over their wives, reports Mediaite.

REPUBLICAN RACE Donald Trump and Ted Cruz are the leading contenders of the Republicans in the United States presidential race nomination.

Trump’s attacks continue to ramp up as the Republican field narrows and both candidates remain competitive in their hopes of winning the Republican nomination. “Well, this is probably the strangest of them all”, said Republican strategist Kevin Madden, who worked on the campaign of the 2012 nominee, former MA governor Mitt Romney, but is now unaligned. Cruz is accusing Trump and “his henchmen” of spreading false rumors that Cruz has cheated on his wife, Heidi.

As for what “beans” Trump might have on Heidi?

“I am more anti-Trump than I am pro-Cruz”, Sykes said in an interview. “And I gotta tell you that, number one, Heidi, my wife, she’s the daughter of missionaries in Africa, she’s my best friend in the world, and if Donald wants to get in the character fight, he’s better off sticking with me cause Heidi is way out of his league”.

But as Buzzfeed reported, the Make America Awesome Political Action Committee, run by GOP operative Liz Mair, is behind the ad, not Cruz.

Also on Thursday, Cruz began to press Trump on his history of supporting Democratic politicians in NY, which holds its Republican primary on April 19.

Packer, whose group was behind a recent ad that features women of various ages reading comments Trump has made about women, said Clinton remains vulnerable among many women.

The Republican infighting came the day after Cruz scored a win in Utah and Trump claimed Arizona.

Believing Cruz was behind the smear campaign, Trump took to Twitter to slam his opponent – threatening to dish the dirt on Cruz’ other half.

Republican presidential hopeful Ted Cruz was endorsed by former rivals Jeb Bush and Scott Walker
