Ted Cruz: Donald is throwing a ‘Trumpertantrum’

But a Trump tweet on Wednesday accused the Cruz campaign of telling Iowa voters that Ben Carson was quitting the race so he could steal Carson votes.

“Standing next to this chair like Clint, I kind of feel like the debate I had with Donald Trump”, Mr. Cruz said.

The Texas senator ultimately won the caucuses despite the fact that Trump had been leading polls for weeks before the voting started.

The network said it had only reported that Carson would go to Florida instead of New Hampshire or SC immediately after the caucuses to take a “deep breath” and get clean clothes.

But after beating the real estate mogul by three percentage points on Monday in the Iowa caucus, Cruz is geared toward next week’s primary in New Hampshire, where most polling shows him behind Trump by roughly 20 percent.

The results of Rubio’s third place “win” in Iowa Monday are evident in this new survey, showing he had the most to gain by getting a ticket out of the Hawkeye state and into the Granite. Cruz later apologized for spreading the incorrect information. “Bad!”, Trump said. There was no immediate mresponse from Cruz.

The Cruz insult ensured once again Wednesday that Trump headlined the media coverage of the Republican presidential election – and once again saving him from spending millions on campaign advertisements.

Cruz’s campaign responded to Trump’s Twitter blast by calling him a sore loser and mocking his rants on social media.

“Because he’s losing it”, said Cruz while on the campaign trail in New Hampshire, the location of the next big primary election.

“I’m going to call out b.s. if I hear b.s.”, Baldwin told Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.), who recently endorsed Cruz for president. While Sanders gets 61 per cent in the poll and Clinton gets 32 per cent. Only five percent of voters remain undecided, the poll said.

When asked if he thinks Trump’s reactions are amusing, Cruz replied, “I think they’re very amusing”.
