Ted Cruz: ‘I’m the Only One Who Can Beat Trump’
The polls had it right when it came to New Hampshire’s presidential primary results-for the most part, anyway. Sanders could have won New Hampshire even if Clinton had beaten him soundly in Iowa, but the Granite State race would have been much closer.

Christie announced Wednesday he was ending his White House bid, following a dismal performance Tuesday in New Hampshire. So, what accounts for this increased accuracy?
“Yes, we’re going to compete here”. Hillary Clinton picked up the endorsement of Congressional Black Caucus political action committee as she and Bernie Sanders angle for minority voters ahead of the Nevada caucus and a slate of Southern primaries that will give minority voters their first say in the nominating contest. He angered many Republicans by publicly embracing President Obama during a disaster tour days before the election.
Nancy Kindler of Epping is a member of Cruz’s New Hampshire leadership team. The state’s Democratic primary is a week later. So, it was really a tough year for pollsters all around there. “And I think that the thing that’s going against the other candidates is, they’re exhausted of the same-old, same-old”.
“President Bush has been incredibly supportive of his brother’s campaign and Governor Bush is excited to have him out on the trail”, said Kristy Campbell, a spokeswoman with the Jeb Bush campaign, via email. Clinton still had the best odds of becoming president at 50/50, Ladbrokes said. “That message was heard by and stood for by a lot of people, but just not enough and that’s ok”.
The race then proceeds to Super Tuesday, when a slew of contests take place on a single day and candidates are forced to take to the airwaves. Cell phones are far more expensive to call than land lines. In the beginning they weren’t even considering him because of his last name. So, polling’s harder for that reason.
“We are getting reports from many voters that the Cruz people are back to doing very sleazy and dishonest “pushpolls” on me”. Caller I.D.is now universal, whereas it wasn’t in 2008.
Conservatives have to get out of their own way and choose their one hero to battle Trump before the wave of March primaries, when it’ll be too late. How this small group of undecided voters are supposed to compare themselves to voters in those other states isn’t clear. So, similar to candidate visits, similar to ads and ad money, polls pretty much focus on Iowa and New Hampshire for the months leading up to the first two contests.
After the Republican primary, the Democrats will have their SC primary one week later on February 27.

Now the fight moves to SC, a state with a lingering reputation for bare-knuckle campaign tactics. Because, we just haven’t looked in on them in a while. If you’re not watching his Carpool Karaoke, you’re missing out. “Mary Pat and I thank you for the extraordinary display of loyalty, friendship, understanding and love”. But Christie largely spent the majority of his presidential run among the lower ranks of candidates, concerned more with qualifying for the main debate stages than commanding them.
