Ted Cruz Upsets Donald Trump In Republican Iowa Caucus
However, Cruz is walking into a very different state than Iowa, where evangelicals are far and few between and moderates run the politics. “We will report that final precinct when we have confirmed those results with the chair”.

Clinton’s victory in Iowa means she will collect 23 delegates and Sanders will win 21.
Hillary Clinton touted the narrow margin as a win, while Bernie Sanders said the near tie was a victory over traditional political establishments.
Clinton narrowly won the Democratic caucuses in Iowa, outpacing a surprisingly strong challenge from Bernie Sanders.
The newspaper said party officials ordered another coin flip to decide a dispute between the campaigns at an Ames precinct. Clinton won that toss, too.
Social media platform Yik Yak, which is particularly popular among younger social media users, said Sanders was mentioned in 60 percent of all yaks that discussed a Democratic candidate during the caucuses. Martin O’Malley ended his campaign Monday after winning only 0.5 percent of the delegates.
“As I stand here tonight breathing a big sigh of relief”, Clinton told the crowd.
Bernie Sanders questioned that claim on Tuesday while campaigning in Keene, New Hampshire.

“People are skipping out of work, they’re playing hooky, it’s really great…it’s such an exciting place to live”, said Marcia Kayser of Keene. One of the surprises of the night was Marco Rubio’s strong third-place showing, which has imbued Rubio with a certain sense of momentum heading into New Hampshire. Even so, Trump was the top most-searched for presidential candidate overall, according to the most recent Google search data available. And while Trump beat Rubio in Iowa, placing second, his performance in Iowa was not as solid as recent polls suggested. There are three delegates still to be awarded. By 7 a.m. Eastern Time, Clinton had earned 49.9% percent of the vote in Iowa and Sanders had grabbed 49.6%, according to Iowa’s Democratic Party website.
