Teen Flies To Morocco To Meet Facebook Friend
The parents of Rebecca Arthur believe she flew to Casablanca, Morocco to meet up with a man she met on Facebook named Simo El Adala.

Authorities in Connecticut and North Africa are investigating after a 17-year-old girl from Clinton was reported missing. Police do not know if he is real or not.
A Connecticut mother has been left dumbfounded after driving her 17 year old teen daughter, Rebecca Arthur to JFK airport believing she was helping her catch a flight to visit friends in California when in reality the daughter was intent on boarding an worldwide flight for Morocco.
Karim Dahbi, a journalist with Casablanca-based Radio Plus, told Morocco World News that she is enjoying her time in Casablanca.
Dahbi said that Rebecca’ Moroccan boyfriend panicked when he heard the news about the alleged disappearance of his girlfriend.
Federal Bureau of Investigation and Homeland Security have been asked to assist local police in the hunt for the blonde teenager.
The motive for her trip remains unclear but police suspect she meant to meet with El Adala, who is listed as “in a relationship” with Rebecca since February on Facebook.
Both Arthur and El Adala’s Facebook cover photos show one another’s picture.
Anyone who has been contact with Arthur or El Adala or knows anything about either them or their plans is asked to call police immediately and speak to officer Santiago or Sgt.

Multiple reports published by a number of major American news outlets claimed on Wednesday that Rebecca has been missing since she flew to Morocco on Monday night.
