According to the report, 16-year-old, Chase Culpepper, of Anderson, South Carolina, was at DMV for his driving license’s photo when the staff asked him to remove his make-up because it could be considered a disguise.
However, after this incident, Transgender Legal Defense and Education fund is planning to sue the department on behalf of the Mr. Chase.
Transgender Legal Defense and Education fund said that this was completely against the law because they tried to deny his freedom to express himself under the United States Constitution.
Later, chase explained that photo of him without make-up is more of misrepresentation of himself than a photo of him wearing it.
