But that is no relief for the dead farmer’s son, who has to work as a labourer in his teens to make ends meet, he said, “As the chief minister, he should help families like us who are really suffering”.
Medak (Telangana), Dec.27: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao conducted an “Ayutha Maha Chandi Yagna” in Medak on Sunday. He was accorded a traditional welcome at the “yagashala” soon after his arrival. “BJP demands that the expenditure involved in laying roads to KCR farmhouse, security and logistics should also be borne by the chief minister”, Telangana BJP spokesperson Krishna Sagar Rao said.
But the CM said that the yagna will be held at his personal expense and no bills will be paid by the government.
Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Governor E S L Narasimhan also took part in the rituals on the inaugural day.
