Terminal cancer patient gets married from his hospital bed

A man named Keith Borum from the New York married his girlfriend Nina Scott from the Lake Ronkonkoma in a private ceremony that took place at the patient’s bedside of the Good Samaritan Hospital. The team members just outdid on their own … “We couldn’t have done it no better.” said Nina Borum.

Nina Scott, who now bears Mrs. Keith Borum didn’t do anything extravagant for her wedding like most ladies will do, she didn’t have a ceremony, a lovely wedding gown, or even spend thousands of dollars feeding people, but her wedding was more heartfelt, sweet and sentimental. It was also great because of the fact that the nurses there supported husband and wife wholeheartedly to create the day very special by looking at individuals who given muffins, flower blossoms and also groups.

With a little help from friendly hospital staff, a terminally ill man was able to have the “best day” of his life and marry his girlfriend in his hospital room.

Borum, who is suffering from non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, a type of cancer he has been battling with for about 18 months now, was recently diagnosed with a terminal staged cancer. “I don’t know what my favorite moment was”, said Nina Borum. Right now, he is admitted through the ER due to abdominal pain, later when it was tested it, Doctors spotted Cancerous growth.

The couple shared a kiss to seal the marriage after the wedding came to a close.

The illness, Nina Borum explains, has been slowly chipping away at Keith’s spirit.

Wearing blue medical gowns on top of their wedding clothes in order to protect Keith from catching any infections, they watched the minister as he presided over this ceremony.

‘I believe everyone can see the love.
