A woman was spotted by a local blogger on the roof hiding herself from an intruder, which later turned up as a burglar.

According to the report, the woman, Melora Rivera, also acted in the 2012 film Sparkle staring Whitney Houston, said that she heard a sound of breaking window and trying to unlock the door.
Without thinking anything much, she decided to save herself first, so she went on the roof of her California’s home and hid behind the awning.
After sometime she called police from there itself, and in return police responded very fast.
Police somehow managed to bring the lady down with the help of ladder. They then also convinced the offender, Christian Hicks, 29, to come down.
However, he was later arrested on charge of burglary.
