For now, the Tesla Model 3 starts with a price of $35,000 before incentives.

Output hasn’t yet been announced, but thanks to the added torque of the 100-kWh battery pack-the P90D boasts a torque rating of 713 lb. -ft. -the Model S P100D is said to blast from 0 to 60 miles per hour (0-96 km/h) in just 2.5 seconds. There is a study that says electric cars have a very important role in bridging the “EV gap” between stringent emission standards and the possible improvement in combustion technology. The same article also mentioned that a battery upgrade will be available to owners of P90D Ludicrous at $20,000 while those who have just placed their order can opt for it at an added cost of $10,000. A 100-kilowatt battery increases the range to an estimated 507km by United States regulatory standards, or 613km by a European Union standard, making it the first electric production vehicle to break the 483km barrier, according to Tesla.

For the very first time, Musk said, “the fastest auto in the world, of any kind, is electrical”. Musk, a major investor in both companies, will abstain from the decision. However, Tesla responded that its feature is much safer, backing it up with over 140 million test miles driven on the feature. In May, Tesla said it was stepping up production plans for its upcoming Model 3 mass-market sedan and would build a total of 500,000 all-electric vehicles in 2018, two years ahead of schedule, but it warned that spending will ramp up as well.

The new Model S had a starting price of US$135,000 (S$182,575 before taxes and COE).
