En route to the franchise’s first division championship in three seasons, it wasn’t surprising who stepped up to deliver for the Texans.
The Houston Texans (8-7) host the Jacksonville Jaguars (5-10) on Sunday. No other team has had that much rotation at the game’s most important position in the last two seasons, and certainly no other team in recent memory has managed to make the playoffs under such ridiculous circumstances.

Chris Clark took over and they continued the drive, pushing the lead to 10-0 when Grimes grabbed his first career touchdown reception on a 12-yard pass early in the second quarter.
The Jaguars suffered a second-straight loss last week, falling to the New Orleans Saints, 38-27.
Brian Cushing forced a fumble by Denard Robinson that Watt recovered to give Houston the ball at the Jacksonville 42. Mercilus plucked the fumble out of the air to thwart a potential scoring drive with 9:16 left to play.
