She loved dressing up and dancing. He went by “Ray Ray” and preferred video games to spectacle.

“They had a great time Friday”, Sophia Faultry, the daycare’s director, told WFAA. “It’s incredible. We can’t believe what has happened, what she has done”. “We pick them up in the mornings, and we drop them off in the evening”. In 2014, she was prescribed several different kinds of medication for mental health issues, her attorney said.

Smith says “all indications are she is the one who acted alone” in the killing of her 7-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter, whose bodies were found under a neighbor’s house Sunday.

Sheborah Latrice Thomas, 30, has been charged with two counts of murder after police said she confessed to drowning her 7-year-old son, Araylon, and 5-year-old daughter, Kayiana, at their home in the 3000 block of Tierwester Street.

Investigators said Thomas told them that she wrapped the children’s bodies in bed sheets and put them in a trash can behind her house.

Sheborah Thomas, 30, is charged with murder and is due in court on Monday, according to KTRK.

“It just bothers me because I don’t know what made her snap or whatever”, Halley said. He asked her what she was doing, and when she said she was getting ready to move, he offered to help her pack.

She also allegedly told him that she had killed her children. He thought she was joking. She “matter-of-factly” said she killed them, Kese Smith explained.

Meantime, back at her old restaurant there was a generous owner trying to reach out and help a mom he had no idea was in this much trouble.

Realizing something was wrong, the man once again asked the mother, only to get the same answer. He drove Thomas to a nearby police precinct and flagged down an officer, Smith said.

Thomas’ sister-in-law told the Houston Chronicle reporters “This is the type of stuff that you see on TV”.

Nunnery described Thomas as being in a catatonic, nearly incoherent state when he visited her Tuesday. And shockingly she was caught on tape just hours after the reported attack, picking up a $47 paycheck.

News of the children’s drowning deaths has led to neighbors in the area expressing shock and disbelief. Child Protective Services says it is investigating the kids’ deaths. In 2012, child welfare officials temporarily took the woman’s two children away from her.

Shirley Baines, 66, who lives a few houses down from where Thomas and her children lived, remembered giving the children Popsicles and thinking that Thomas “seemed like a happy person”. He noticed the kids weren’t around and he asked her about them.
