It says ‘Home for sale by owner because my neighbor’s a d*****bag’. Because, Price says, the aforementioned neighbor is, well, the word starts with a “D” and ends with “bag”.

Police and other neighbors have asked Price to take the signs down, but she is refusing.
James and Lisa Price put up two “for sale” signs with vulgar language on their property in Farmers Branch, Texas, Friday, saying their next door neighbor’s actions led them to it. At that point, Price placed the controversial sign in the front yard. It started out as a dispute over barking dogs and quickly escalated, prompting one of the residents to put up a yard sign that’s a stir.
Lisa Price said, “The whole thing is just ridiculous”.
The problem escalated about a week ago when the Price family received a $120 citation from the city for barking dogs, they said, agreeing that the dogs bark but that they’re trying to minimize the noise by keeping them inside more often.
The white poster, which sits in the mother’s front yard in Farmers Branch, Dallas County, informs passersby that she is selling her family home of 12 years because her neighbor is a “douchebag”.
“We got a doggie door, we keep them in, we bring them in at dark”, said Lisa Price.
“All our neighbor has to do is come over and talk to us and take the cameras down and be a nice neighbor”, Price told KDFW-TV.
“I laughed. Posted it to Facebook, right?”, Dede Son said. One points towards their back bedroom.
‘I’ve never seen anything like this!’ one exclaimed.
A Texas family has taken a public stand against someone who they say is a bad neighbor.
“It could have been a lot cruder”, Jim Jay opined.
However, the sign does have it naysayers, like Ann Felton, who thought it was in poor taste.

Feud: The sign meets city ordinance requirements for real estate signs, so can not be officially removed.
