-LB Brooks Ellis is making good on his preseason promise that the Arkansas defense would be much-improved in 2016.
Senior quarterback Tyler Jones threw for 418 yards and four touchdowns during the game. Allen finished with 223 yards passing, three touchdown strikes and the rushing score in a breakout performance as the Razorbacks knocked off a ranked TCU team 41-38.
Arkansas is 8-3 against the spread in their last 11 games, 15-6 against the spread against a team with a winning record, and 11-5 against the spread following a game that they covered the spread. He also had 10 rushing touchdowns and 583 yards on the ground. After going 3-9 last season, they won their first game in triple overtime against the University of OH, 56-54.
