The list compiled by staff and writers at Lonely Planet is topped by The Temples of Angkor in Cambodia.

The list was published by Lonely Planet and featured Fiordland National Park at 17, Lake Wanaka at 94 and Stewart Island at 125.

According to a survey from Trip Advisor, £272.19 is the estimated daily cost of hotel, taxi, meals and visits to tourist attractions for two people in Belfast, making it a more expensive choice than York, Bristol or Aberdeen.
