Joseph asked for investment to expand his Peterborough plumbing business across the United Kingdom and include the use of smart technology for customers. I very much doubt Lord Sugar will give a second thought to HR procedures; he’ll have a whole team dealing with that.
Despite questioning his maturity, Lord Sugar praised his plumbing idea as “a business that I can understand”.
“You know when you’ve lived your entire life and all you really want to do is have one person in front of you, on live television, exposed, vulnerable, and ready to be humiliated?” Technology has been my best friend for over 50 years, but maybe it’s time to make new friends.
