‘The Bachelor’ 2017: Who did Nick Viall send home in week 5?
Taylor and Corrine are still fighting. They bickered about emotional intelligence a little more, then Corinne told Nick that Taylor wasn’t there for the right reasons and Nick praised Corinne’s maturity.

“I’m nice until you cross me”, Corinne said. It is high school drama, annoying and I really don’t care. I’m doing it for people who want to laugh with me at the show. She’s a carefree woman who loves getting naked in front of Nick and getting what she wants. It’s a fitting moral for a reality show about dating a single man at the same time as dozens of other women. Tonight, the rose ceremony that would have shown last week, takes place, with two contestants being eliminated.
However, the trick worked and Nick sent Taylor home.
We’re headed down South, woooo!
Corinne Olympios’ ex-fling, Keith Berman, is opening up about what is was like to date Nick Viall’s The Bachelor villain and now watch her on TV. Ten contestants are also chosen for a night out at a haunted plantation. The night finished off with Nick offering her a rose and saying, “I might be breaking the rules by saying this but I’m super into you”. It is a proud tradition of this franchise to parachute into an American city or foreign country and commandeer the local culture for use in a horrifying segment of this awful show. Here, that means a second line parade for Nick and Rachel. Which woman is stranded in the swamp, and which gets the rose? “I don’t believe in fairy tales, but I believe in today and today was a fairy tale”. It is. In theaters next month. What starts out as a fun-filled, relaxing group date on a sandy white beach, turns awkward and goes awry, as Nick supplies a surprise ending. The girls are pretty tired except for Jasmine, who is the classic horror story fool who decides early that May is not worth her time. Danielle L., Kristina and Raven already had date roses, leaving Astrid and Sarah newly single. “Nobody is safe after what I saw last week”. Though his one-on-one with Danielle was some time ago, Nick discovered the spark was still there with the nurse from Nashville. In reality, both women deserved to leave and despite what Taylor said, she did, in fact, bully Corinne and call her stupid. Meanwhile, Nick asked Taylor what happened with Corinne. Nick talking to Alexis is a glimpse of the Nick that was seen in Bachelor in Paradise – he is genuinely amusing and engaging. Also, just for the record, Corinne definitely knew the definition of emotional intelligence; she just wanted to see how Taylor defined it. Nick is still concerned.
During Corinne and Taylor’s cocktail party confrontation left over from last week, Corinne said “You have a stank face on your face”. Nick rejoined them and gave the rose to Corinne.
Rachel getting the rose is basically obligatory; unless someone really screws up a one-on-one date, they’re nearly certainly staying. But two-on-one dates, which she gets stuck on with Taylor in a bayou, are where villains are vanquished.
