Though JoJo was clearly still a bit upset about how the Bachelor finale ended, she was happy to confirm that she’s been tapped to be the next star of The Bachelorette.

Both women had met Ben’s folks, with Amy warning Lauren that her son got emotionally worked up and she would have to talk him “off the ledge”.
“I’m not against any opportunity that presents itself”, he told the outlet earlier this month, adding that he was open to making his ballroom debut if competing on the show was the “best thing” for him. ‘As much as my feelings were in two different places, I knew I wanted them to be in one place for the rest of my life’.

During the After The Final Rose special, Lauren and Ben said they will definitely be tuning in to watch JoJo on the show. It was a tough choice to make, as either choice could sweep one of the two ladies off her feet while breaking the other.

Instead, Ben proposed a second time to Lauren in front of their assembled kin. So, you know, a lot of the discussions that we had to have, haven’t necessarily been fun, but they’ve been really good for our relationship. “And I would like to ask you for your daughter’s hand in marriage”.
