In an announcement coming just in time for the holiday season, tech giant Google has revealed that it is bringing all original albums from The Beatles to its $9.99/month Google Play Music subscription streaming service.

A statement from the Beatles publishers said: “Happy Crimble, with love from us to you”.
“On December 24 at 12:01am local time – here, there and everywhere – The Beatles’ music is available for streaming worldwide”, an announcement on the band’s website said.
The Beatles (from left to right, John Lennon (1940 – 1980), George Harrison (1943 – 2001), Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr) arrive back at London Airport after their Australian tour. The music service already has some songs with a lot of restrictions. The Fab Four announced their entry into the world of streaming with a video that reflects on their entire recording career and trumpets “The Beatles Now Streaming”.
Participating streaming services include Spotify AB, Apple Music, Jay Z’s Tidal, Deezer, Google Play and Amazon.com Inc.’s Amazon Prime.
The reversal of course sets The Beatles in contrast to artists who have strategically withheld their music from streaming in protest of low artist royalties and the streaming system, which allows users to listen to music online without buying it. Also, in 2014, Mr. Rob Wells mentioned in a number of press conferences about placing The Beatles as a part of the free-trials promotion on Apple Music.

The Beatles fans all over the world are rejoicing about their Christmas present from the music industry as the classic albums by the group will be available on streaming services. The Beatles’ catalog didn’t come to iTunes until 2010, more than five years after the digital music store launch.
