What began as a battle of words between Chris Jericho and Enzo Amore has turned into a full-fledged war for SummerSlam.

Finally, the Jericho and Owens would get control, and go forward with dominating Enzo.

– WWE’s Twitter account released a video of Cathy Kelley giving away some free Summerslam tickets to some contest winners. An odd pairing formed in this, as Owens and Jericho are somewhat of a team. In the clip, Enzo and Cass reminisce with trainer and WWE Hall of Famer Johnny Rodz.
Enzo and Cass continued their momentum on Owens and Jericho, including Amore being tossed over the ropes to fly onto the heels. Jeri-KO wasted little time isolating Enzo to take the early advantage.
The overarching assumption was that Enzo and Cass would come out on top since they are a full-time tag team, but the victory for Owens and Jericho suggests they could stay together and enter the WWE Tag Team Championship hunt.
Jericho used the opportunity to hit the Codebreaker on Enzo, resulting in the three-count.

That prompted Jericho to search for some backup in his quest to take down The Certified Gs, and KO stepped up to the plate because of the bad taste in his mouth from the previous interaction he had with Enzo and Cass.
