We also met Penny’s family, including mother Susan, who seemed nervous about meeting Leonard’s high educated parents, now out of jail brother Randall and father Wyatt trying to keep things cordial with drug jokes. Also, it’ll be amusing to see more of Norris in this role, given that by and large we do associate him for the most part with playing serious characters, such as Hank or Big Jim from a different CBS show in “Under the Dome”.

Given the ever expanding lore, executive producer Steven Molaro shared that as the show goes on so does the development of his beloved characters. Guess what? They were everything fans have hoped for. “I don’t always show it, but you are of great importance to me, both of you”.
“For the first few episodes, the guys find themselves so caught off guard and so wrapped up in this Air Force project, she’s [Bernadette] a little bit on her own with this pregnancy and is in a position to turn to everybody else for support”, explains Molaro.
