The Bulls Have a Meeting With Dwyane Wade For Some Reason
Plus, Wade would just be a bad fit for the Bulls.

It seems things are not going well between Dwayne Wade and the Miami Heat regarding their contract negotiations, which could lead to the free agent to sign with another team. If the Bulls can’t complete a deal, perhaps we’ll start to see other teams bid for him in the coming days.
Wade hosted several meetings in NY, including the 34-year-old guard meeting with Miami Heat owner Micky Arison after a two-year offer for $40 million that was $10 million less than what Wade had been seeking.
Several league sources told CBS Sports Wednesday that they remain dubious about Wade having genuine intentions in exploring leaving Miami and that the meetings really could be about establishing leverage against the Heat. Wade is the greatest Heat player of all-time and he should end his career in South Beach.
In addition, giving Wade a $50 million contract would certainly throw off the Cavs’ finances and put them over the $113 million cap limit.
Wade also discussed a contract with the Miami Heat and Denver Nuggets.
Wade has agreed to a two-year deal worth $47 million, according to the AP.
Wade was the face of the franchise. The Miami Heat are hoping he stays, the Denver Nuggets are offering more money than anyone, and the Cleveland Cavaliers are offering a chance to play for the championship right now, and do it alongside LeBron James.
Wade is set to join the Bulls after spending 13 seasons with the Miami Heat.
Dwyane Wade and Pat Riley are not on the same page.
According to a report from The Vertical’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Chicago is calling teams around the National Basketball Association in an attempt to unload salary in order to cater to Wade’s contract demands.

“From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank the Miami community”. The Bulls dealt Derrick Rose to the Knicks a day before the draft and signed point guard Rajon Rondo to play alongside Jimmy Butler.
