Brace yourself, Harry Potter fans.

Based on a story by Rowling, playwright Jack Thorne and director John Tiffany, “Cursed Child” picks up Potter’s story after book and film lovers last saw him in “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” in 2011.

“Honestly, I just have to calm down, go home and read it and then I can go full insane and go and discuss it with fellow Potterheads and go full Harry Potter”, said Harry Potter fan Christine Tenchava.

Potterheads feasted over the latest “Harry Potter” book that was released, “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child (Parts 1 and 2)”. While Books-A-Million’s presence has grown, the goal has remained the same: to serve each community with the best selection of books, toys, tech and more, all at great prices.

For fans who want to make the trip overseas to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child performed as intended, its stint in London’s West End has been extended through December 2017.

Sales Manager Amy Reynolds said actors from the Old Town Playhouse played some of the series most beloved characters, including McGonagall, Hagrid and Dumbledore.

“It’s great to get a new generation of kids and the parents who remember when they were kids now it’s been that long since we started all this process and get them all involved and you know just insane about reading”, Hermann said. “Until then, if you hear anything about where we’re going, when we’re going or how we’re going, it’s not true”. The epilogue of the final book brought readers 19 years into the future, and that is when Cursed Child takes place.
