Players have flocked to reddit to complain that their Xbox One characters have been wiped by the most recent update.
The character deletion occurs after logging out of the game and receiving a “Delta” or “Mike” error.
As it stands, Ubisoft is still investigating this issue and despite releasing a new hotfix after this update, they have confirmed that the hotfix won’t fix the deleted characters. Considering that the game rewards players with better loot for joining forces and makes your life much easier in the Dark Zone, this stat is rather surprising.
New statistics from Ubisoft show that more people play Tom Clancy’s The Division solo than in co-op. That’s because The Division Season Pass includes access to them all, plus gear sets and extras for player’s characters.
