The Division Public Test Server For PC Arriving Soon
Ubisoft has announced that the Public Test Server for Tom Clancy’s The Division will go live on September 26th.

Original Story: The upcoming Public Test Server for The Division will help test upcoming content for bugs, but it seems like the Public Test Server is having problems of its own.
So far, the developer has stated the PTS is only on PC because it’s easier to make incremental updates on-the-fly, and the certification process from Microsoft and Sony would get in the way of updating a PTS as often as it needs if it’s to fulfil its goal as a test realm.
The PTS is only offered on PC and not console in part because of the way in which the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One work. This runs counter to the idea of the PTS, where Ubisoft hopes to constantly iterate on ideas and features.
When the PTS goes live for everyone next week, it will be found in your Steam or Uplay library if you own the game.
Ubisoft is gearing up for the next big test for The Division. Ubisoft previously revealed it would be bringing the mode to the game last month, and a forum post details what players can expect from the client post-launch.
In addition, a “Special Report for Update 1.4” was scheduled for tomorrow, September 13, however this show has also been delayed. The developer also recently pushed back the release of the game’s upcoming DLC so it could prioritize fixing the game’s issues and improving the overall experience.

“As many pointed out after we announced Update 1.4, a great way to involve you would be to let you try the update before its release”, Ubisoft said.
